The organization ” Union pour la Promotion/Protection, la Défense des Droits Humains et de l’Environnement en sigle UPDDHE/GL ” (Union for the Promotion/Protection, the Defense of Human Rights and the Environment) whose head office is located on N°01O, Avenue Walikale, Quartier Les Volcans, Commune de Goma, city of Goma, North-Kivu in the East of the Democratic Republic of Congo, is a non-profit association under Congolese law concerned with the promotion/protection, the defense of the rights of the people and of the environment.
