Eligible / Access

Implementation-ready mitigation projects in eligible ODA countries, normally with strong government ownership or endorsement and experienced implementing organizations.

SSTC / Triangular-Cooperation Coverage

Large-scale route for transformational projects in energy, transport, industry and related cross-sectoral areas, supporting NDC implementation and investment mobilization.
