What is Funded

Flexible complementary support through embedded advisory/facilitation and technical-assistance windows; amounts are request-specific.

Eligible / Access

Developing-country members submit requests for support through the NDC Partnership country-engagement process. PAF addresses priority gaps where no member can provide a fully funded response. As a last-resort, complementary fund, PAF provides swift, flexible assistance when no other support is available — ensuring no country is left behind. With the Support Unit acting as a neutral broker, PAF leverages the NDC Partnership's network and infrastructure to connect countries with the right expertise and resources, helping ensure support is coordinated, targeted and effective.

SSTC / Triangular-Cooperation Coverage

Country-driven mechanism for NDC planning and implementation, institutional coordination, financing strategies and targeted expertise; well suited to triangular delivery by partnership members.
