Description

Le Ministère des Affaires étrangères de Madagascar est chargé de la promotion de la diplomatie malagasy. Il a comme devise : « Locomotive du développement à travers la diplomatie économique ». Sous l’égide du Ministre, et de son secrétaire général, il a deux directions principales dont parmi eux la Direction Générale de la Coordination du Partenariat pour le Développement (DGCPD). Cette dernière a pour mission de coordonner la coopération économique et financière internationale de Madagascar, y compris la coopération pour le développement, à travers la diplomatie économique, et ce, en collaboration avec les Départements Techniques et autres entités publiques et privées concernées. Elle coordonne le processus de négociation et le suivi de la mise en œuvre des Traités bilatéraux, multilatéraux dans les domaines économique, commerciale et financière auxquels Madagascar participe.

  • Participation in Alliance activities is determined based on relevance to articulated cooperation needs, alignment with Alliance principles, and integrity considerations.
  • Engagement under the Alliance is voluntary, non-binding, and facilitative in nature, and does not constitute funding approval, contractual commitment, or institutional membership.
