The 2018 GSSD Expo is hosted by United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation (UNOSSC) in collaboration with other Member states, UN agencies and various Southern entities.
This year the annual GSSD Expo will take place in the United Nations Headquarters in New York from 28 to 30 November, 2018. It will strategically engage all development actors, including the private sector, civil society, academic and philanthropic organizations, to scale up concrete Southern-grown initiatives to help achieve the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
The 2018 Expo will be one of the last major opportunities for stakeholders including Member States, UN entities, academia and civil society to come together before the Second High-level United Nations Conference on South-South Cooperation (BAPA+40 Conference). The theme of the 2018 Expo is “Showcasing Institutions Supporting South-South and Triangular Cooperation in Preparation for the Second High-level United Nations Conference on South-South Cooperation (BAPA+40 Conference)”.
Don’t miss the opportunity to attend the 2018 Expo and witness one of the largest showcase of South-South Cooperation initiatives! Connect with hundreds of delegates, UN specialists, national policy makers, civil society and private sector.
