Review of South-South Cooperation in the implementation of the Vienna Programme of Action for LDCs in the decade 2014-2024

The objective of this diagnostic paper recently launched by OHRLLS is to analyse South-South cooperation in the implementation of the VPoA, identify challenges and shortfalls, share best/good practices, and put forward recommendations for scaling up South-South and triangular cooperation in achieving the goals and targets of a new Programme of Action for LLDCs. The document will be used as a background paper for the next Ministerial Meeting on South-South and triangular cooperation at the UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries.
