“智慧绿色城市和旅游”南南合作市长论坛暨 – 第二届海陆丝绸之路城市联盟城市论坛胜利闭幕



2018年世界绿色经济峰会期间,由世界绿色经济组织、联合国南南合作办公室(以下简称南南办)和海陆丝绸之路城市联盟项目(以下简称城市联盟)共同组织的“智慧绿色城市和旅游”南南合作市长论坛暨第二届海陆丝绸之路城市联盟城市论坛于2018年10月25日在阿联酋迪拜圆满召开。 联合国有关机构和“一带一路”沿线国家和地区的60余名城市代表参加了这一活动。世界绿色经济组织董事会成员、迪拜电力和水务局发展执行副总裁Eng. Waleed Salman先生、城市联盟理事会理事长梁丹女士、突厥议会秘书长Amb. Baghdad Amreyev先生先后在论坛开幕式上发表开幕致辞。 在“智慧城市促进2030可持续发展议程”及“旅游在促进绿色经济增长中扮演的角色”环节,来自冈比亚班珠尔、吉尔吉斯斯坦比什凯克、中国重庆、尼泊尔卡珠拉、巴达赫特、毛里求斯路易港、乌兹别克布哈拉省和蒙古乌兰巴托的市长和城市代表以及联合国工业发展组织、联合国教科文组织代表分别分享了各自在落实2030可持续发展议程和处理发展挑战方面的经验。在讨论环节,代表们就绿色投资和创业、应用数字技术向绿色经济的转换等议题交换了意见,并对城市发展过程中遇到的挑战与需求,如基础设施短缺、融资渠道不畅、吸引投资困难等问题展开了热烈讨论。 会后,来自于加纳、冈比亚、尼泊尔、毛里求斯和乌兹别克斯坦的7个城市代表分别与南南办签署合作意向书。未来双方将依托海陆丝绸之路城市联盟项目和世界绿色经济组织的“智慧和可持续发展城市平台”,加强城市间信息分享、促进对话、分享与合作,助力于可持续发展目标的实现。 海陆丝绸之路城市联盟项目是在中国政府倡导的“一带一路”建设大旗下于2015年创立,旨在促进城市间的对话并推动建设城市级别的发展合作伙伴关系。2017年城市联盟全面发展阶段项目文件正式签字生效,新项目将进一步对接“一带一路”建设五大优先领域及联合国2030可持续发展议程,发挥“一带一路”沿线城市间合作及民心相通的平台作用。
